I'm guessing Trump doesn't know the federal judges' names who he has appointed? [View all]

Yesterday, while answering questions, he said the judge who ordered Ann halt to Trump’s actions against Portland with deploying NG troops to the city was a man! Actually, the judge is female Federal Judge!

And they are satisfied with his mental state?
