142. One of the only good things now that my Mom is gone

She was a third generation union member and absolutely not a GOP supporter. But her best friend from church raised loyal christian kids who are all pro GOP. Both my parents were single kids so my Mom always got us invited to friend's. Later on it became that extended family, whom I've known since sunday school 50 some years ago. They all drifted fromt he Episcopal church over into those "Fellowship churches" and just enclosed into a bubble of disreality. None were MAGA but I am sure they all voted for that nonsense. Their kids were all "home schooled" and that is an easy path for the MAGA social media disinfo. So sad as they are pleasant people, one in an active firefighter, they all do charaity work. But they are voting to make these billionaires rich and don't realize the GOP has been actively working against their class interestes and blame out party instead.
