11. Does it feel to you like the air is pressing in and down on top of us?

I'm in that week of the month without pain meds, so I'm super sensitive to everything, it seems... but for the last two weeks, it just seems like the anxiety in the world is an actual physical entity that presses you down every bit as heavy as gravity. The last couple of days, my head has exploded so many times a different things I read here, I've lost track!
