Fentanyl is a WMD. We are going to bomb Venezuela, because that cute lady from there might give me her Peace Prize if I get rid of Maduro for her.
And heck, Toronto, too. We're going to make Toronto part of Detroit, like it should be.
And we're basing the B-52s in Panama.
