To use a prime time address to tout "accomplishments" tells you all you need to know about the state of things---which are the OPPOSITE of what he says they are.

"Why are you Americans not grateful for all I have done??? My billionaire freinds say everything is going great!"

Maybe announce a follow through on his $2,000 ~~rebate~~ bribe to households? He'll play it as a benevolent gift from himself
