34. Yep. It's been a long, ongoing plan by the GOP to curtail voting.

Ironically, it also affects rural, military, and aging conservative voters. One assumes that they (the GOP) have done the math and figure that the votes they lose from those who would vote GOP are less than the votes that Dems would lose.
