and burying "early voting people AFTER "March 3, 20206 Primary Election" People -- including me who knows better -- skimmed right by the "early voting period" part.

You are of course right, but anyone who has any experience creating clear, simple, messages for public information would know that that construction is the OPPOSITE of clear.
