very, very, very DUMB. Just plain dumb. "Unintelligent" is too kind a word to describe him.

The president of the United States has the mental capacity of a Third Grade "D student". He can't speak correctly, can't write legibly and probably can't read at all.

And, unfortunately, his world class stupidity isn't his worst trait.
