3. Would you define an unmanned boat as a "kamikaze boat", then?

I think that would be a sloppy use of language. Now, whether Trump has been told there are supposed videos of "suicide boats" with Iranians on them supposedly killing themselves in the attack - which is what "kamikaze" ought to mean, given its use in WW2 - or if he's trying to deny that there are unmanned boats being used to attack tankers, we can't tell. Trump is normally crap at using accurate language, even if he wants to (which is rare), but the clip on its own of him saying "there are no kamikaze boats" could be reasonable.
