6. Pretty sure if the builders are now at the point of installing marble(s) we'd all be hearing daily about the progress

I'm no building expert, but I feel like installing "the marble" would be, I dunno ...... one of the very late stage things one does when constructing a building? I have to think the builders are nowhere near that point, but maybe I've not been keeping close enough tabs on the ballroom's progress?
