When the conditions for voting are different for Democrats than for Republicans, that is rigging. When Democrats have to wait for 6 - 7 hours to cast a vote and republicans don't that is rigging.

The governor of Louisiana canceled an election where thousands of people had already voted nullifying their votes, that is rigging.

By the bye, Kamala Harris won the election.
