VA redistricting -- here's the solution (seriously) [View all]

The VA state Constitution gives the legislature the explicit authority to set a mandatory retirement age for all judges, regardless of bounds of their current term.

SO : Set it to 54.

EFFECTIVE NOW.

No joke, this is the correct and bulletproof solution here.

DO IT NOW. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
