I've tracked several flights closely, all into/out of Tampa and there is also a fake AF1 decoy(at least on adsb) that accompanies it to within miles of landing, quite confusing to me on the first flight I tracked, lol. It pretty well shuts down everything around it for sure. My best can be seen here:

I love taking photos like this one and have extensively sought out locations near flight paths into/out of Tampa where they have to bank to line up to the runways, and where I can hang out without being arrested. See my best of that type of photo here:
