Stores use spotters to look for people who park in posted lots and then leave, or who park in handicapped spots without a permit. Theyll yank your car in as little as 90 seconds, so this asshat got an extra few minutes.
And oh by the way, what about the people who genuinely needed that spot during that time? Never crossed your mind, did it? Maybe next time, loser.
