50. He's changed his party affiliation several times, but as a guy doing business in New York, of course...

...he claimed to be a Democrat for stretches of his time. It wasn't a matter of ideology, it was a matter of business contacts and the path of least resistance to ingratiating himself to people who'd issue permits for his various projects.
