It appears to me that Xi ate Krasnov's lunch, embarrassed him so much that Krasnov is threatening to arm Taiwan.
Oh and by the bye, Iran is letting Chinese tankers pass through Hormuz. Oh yeah, Krasnov just threatened to blockade the blockade again.
