Trump fired all the cyber-security top experts in government, so the Chinese can take down the entire US infrastructure (less some hardened military stuff) any day of the week. They were inside U.S. Telco's for a year before anyone noticed.

Xi is a playing genius poker and Trump, well, he's the joker.
