cash donations that can be tax deductible are either 60% or 30% of one's AGI. If the WH salary is his only "income" then any tax deduction would be either 60% or 30% of his WH salary. Plus the donation(s) must go to IRS approved 501(c)3's to qualify for a deduction.

Is he funneling his WH salary "donations" through a DAF?

Is he carrying forward the donation amount he can't received a deduction for in the year donated?

I can't see F45 donating anything, especially to something he has no control over --- unless the charity is that he can take control over when he leaves office??? (which would be illegal).
