6. Cuba is a completely failed country. They only were

Operating off of free oil from both Venezuela and Mexico which they would partially resell for cash. There propaganda video was a 1950’s and aircraft machine gun firing in the air and being pulled by an Oxen. It’s going to be a dumpster fire when it completely collapses. They have had limited power for many years and food shortages.

Maybe they send some drones into who knows what in an attempt to force the US to negotiate ? I can’t imagine them really doing any serious damage.

I do believe that Cuba is a hopeless money pit for whoever takes them over. The government and military has drained what cash they were given and never invested in infrastructure.
