They attack us? To what end?
We wouldn't negotiate.
We'd vindictively bomb them to oblivion & blockade the island until all out civil war breaks out.
How would Cuba benefit from that?
There is nothing to be gained by such an attack. It's do nothing or be nothing. Gee, which will they choose?
