But I don't think I would hang my hat on their support. They are hanging on by their fingertips themselves.
Their military is gutted. Their economy is floundering.
They are in a military death spiral with Ukraine, playing chicken to see who pulls up first or ejects.

If I were Cuba, I wouldn't hold my breath.
