The courts can only stop it after it's been implemented.
Any attempt to make such drastic changes in miniscule timeframes is bound to cause absolute chaos, not to mention significant additional costs for the travelers, that they might not be able to afford. What happens then?
Do airlines start landing in DFW instead of SFO? Do passengers then need to buy a different ticket to get them to SFO (or their original destination)? Adding a minimum of 6 hours to most expected travel times?
Can passengers get anything back from the airline for failing to deliver them to their original contracted destinations?
Is rump a force majeure????
