13. Reminds me a little of Emperor Phillip the Arab.

He was emperor during the celebrations of one thousand years since Rome was founded. Huge milestone in the city's history. Phillip was evidently a fairly stable, conscientious ruler, unlike Trump. But he only reigned for about four years, was one of many short-lived emperors during the tumultuous Third Century, and has been largely forgotten by history.
