It agitated him. It upset him to interview when it was raining outside. Typical of elderly people with dementia. The rain bothers them.

Notice how red his ears get. You can't see through the makeup on his face but he doesn't put makeup on his ears. His ears get very red when he gets all so, so angry and upset. Like my beagle mix dog. Poor little puppy.
