… routine up keep had always been done, and it was still working like a champ. Trump never understood
one of the most basic thing … if something is working done fuck with it.

In the basement of building that had the pumps and stuff they always had a back up pump so
when a pump went bad it was replaced right now. And the old pump was evaluated to see if
it could be rebuilt.
