environment? It didn’t happen overnight. Democrats have had opportunities to slow the downhill slide if not actually make economic progress for all in the past 40 years, but aside from the ACA — which is genuinely inadequate for far too many — show me meaningful, impactful results. As a party, over that time and longer, Democrats as a party have been socially liberal and economically conservative when you look at social and economic change over that timeframe, when you take measure of economic results.

Results are and should be evidence enough.
