Any durable power of attorney applies only to his personal affairs - not to his role as president. His will has nothing to do with his role as president.

But if he is cryogenically frozen, he is every bit as incapacitated as any president is when he undergoes surgery. Whenever a president is incapacitated, power of the presidency goes to the vice president - either because he would certify his incapacity in advance or because the vice president declares it so when he is dozing in the deep freeze.

The 25th amendment isn't just for mental incapacity - it is for any form of incapacity, and if you think Vance wouldn't certify him unable to perform his duties if he were cryogenically frozen I've got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.
