6. We had a case like that in Texas a few years ago. The boy was a teenager. Non-verbal.

Yesterday

His mother had dumped him and was hoping someone else would take him and she was also keeping his checks.

Hopefully, this girl wandered off.

Since she is non-verbal, I don't get the impression that ICE took the parents and somehow left the child. Yes, it's possible, but not likely.


She does have a disability.

We had a reverse case in Texas, where we had a disabled teen who taken into ICE because he didn't know his background.
