25. Candidate Vetting Failure

I talk a lot on here about our side needing to better vet candidates before they get the endorsement and while some think I’m talking about people like Platner, I’m really talking about Polis. Polis is and was always a libertarian and people in Colorado have always known that. He is pro business and more importantly pro himself. Polis is extremely wealthy and funded his congressional campaign and his governor campaign. We were fooled into voting for him because he touted his “progressive” values but looking back on it he was probably a log cabin Republican. His behavior during the pandemic gave the entire game away and every time the Colorado legislature puts pro worker laws on his desk he vetoes them. Not because they are bad but according to “his information” they would be.
