Is he tired of being a senator?
Probably, we never hear of anything he does here in Colorado.
Will he decline to run for reelection?
Hopefully, as he'll be 80 at the end of his term....he needs to go rest, same as DeGette.
And if he does run again, will he have trouble winning the primary?
Abso-fucking-lutely. He's out of touch with what the base of the Democratic Party wants.
