Russians who shouldn't be there at all, and who Ukraine wants out.

Expend just a couple of scare munitions and hit a Russian-populated area of Crimea to provide "clarity" for those
Russians who might be on the fence on running back to the Motherland. Remind them why they should get the hell out now!

The visuals of them fleeing - GREAT media!!!
