81. Well that's what I wondered when seeing it in 2004.

Those of us who were paying attention already knew about the Bush-Saudi connection, the private post-911 flight of Saudis and bin Laden relatives out of the States, and the fact that most of the hijackers were Saudis.

Plus, there were news reports shortly after Dubya took office of the FBI being ordered to lay off the bin Ladens. On an old defunct computer, I'd bookmarked the reports. Don't know if there is any trace of them on the internet now.

But from what we do know, the Saudis have tremendous clout in the United States and a strange connection to 911. They are a barbaric regime, forceful over their own people, intolerant of females, given to horrible punishments of their citizens.

Do we tolerate them because of oil? I don't know. Moore's film made the point that they own a big chunk of us.

If we'd listened to Jimmy Carter when he tried to get us off fossil fuels and onto sustainable energy ... I think I could go on a rant ...
