99. Just seize the properties

And freeze their bank accounts for sponsoring terrorism but I guess they may have even more dirt on the US so it puts the US and Saudis in a stand off. We expose their involvement in 9/11 and they hold off their support for ISIS and this will make takiing over or breaking up Syria even that much impossible for the US
