So Obama, Trump and Biden administrations were involved at various times. The big 2024 deal was the sale of 50 F15s to Israel.

This basing agreement wasn’t seen as controversial since we do it all the time. Singapore has a detachment in Idaho for F15 training and just announced they will do their F35 training in Arkansas.
