There is a belief that John Roberts would have allowed a prosecution of 45 - even with him declaring 45's "immunity" by giving Judge Tanya Chutkin a "homework assignment" of determining what "was" or "was not" an "official duty" - and this despite all the lower courts refusing to entertain that "immunity" bullshit.

Roberts halted Chutkin's March pretrial activities and delayed it for an April hearing, and only gave a final ruling to remand back for that fucking "homework", on what would be a last day of the session - the beginning of July 2024.
