We can afford to educate every child through college. We just need to grow a pair, vote for progressives and pass a wealth tax of, oh, say 20%. As a matter of fact, how about a tax that reduces wealth to a couple hundred million, maximum. Billionaires are the bane of society, a cancer of greed we need to remove. No one has that kind of wealth without criminal activity being a large part of the portfolio. They got it by hook and crook.
