8. They need to get the new system set up

My sister has a RABC permit that was set to expire 12/31/25 but was extended to 9/14/26. They don’t have the phone system set up yet. I think they’re not even sure where the phones will be located. I’m guessing they’re not easy to install where there are remote crossings now.
