Hardly. The article only states some of the executives have been invited and not that they have confirmed attendance. Furthermore, numerous other important companies (such as GM) were not invited, showing trump playing favorites.

Executives at this level know he's on his way out, crazy as a loon, and are not about to waste their time on such a meeting, one which will decide nothing.

The whole thing is another giant embarrassment that the United States has an inept clod like trump in office.
