25. A state of the art hospital?

It is hard to even envision what this means. Would this serve everyone working at the White House? Otherwise, it is difficult to understand how many doctors, nurses, and other professional people would mostly be doing nothing.

Isn't there already some medical facility that has the equipment to do various tests?
