Yesterday

because it wasn't going according to whatever script he had in his head, which was he would go in, Iran would grovel and plead and give him the oil, and he would get out. Except Iran flipped the script and basically told him to fuck off and die. He doesn't like pushback.
And not only is Iran pushing back, so is the much of the rest of the world.
