Start with a bill to amend the Constitution, repealing that clause of the 14th Amendment. Get both Houses to overwhelmingly pass it. It goes to the states. Enough states pass it, it becomes a new amendment, overriding the clause of the 14th Amendment.

And that won't happen.

Ask everyone who's tried to enact the Equal Rights Amendment. Been trying for 50+ years.
