20 % copays, no dental, hearing, vision or mental health services and costs $200 a month for every enrollee.

That's why many either take Medicare Advantage plans or pay a few hundred a month extra for supplemental coverage.

Lots of people in my state with good employer health insurance, many provided as part of union contracts, aren't going to want that taken away.
