34. Google is Creepy Prof Hennessy!

I crashed at your horrible Google University around the Dec of 2011. It was odd. I remember it well. I was standing in lab facing benches. I was facing the inner row and I thought of Jon Stewart for some reason and then the old noggin dissociated.
Oh I was relatively fine externally. I am pretty healthy and not easily traumatized and scarred, because I have a sense of scale as in..

I will switch from the net’s reflexively combative or excessively heart warming or at all showmanship filled style.
I hate that. I can only process people as I would irl. The other thing is for movie stars and celebrities or politicians or famous people…not flesh and blood people.

And that is why the main theme is - YOU ARE A TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATOR. Your field is a money and space hogging fraud.

Seriously…we cannot let these lines blur with just the types of people these guys like Prof Hennessy sample as tech friendly or tech phobic.
This is how he sets up arguments to divert from “Is this even good tech? Is there any damn use beyond making me uncomfortable and enriching these increasingly creepy douchebags in tech”!
That’s very few people-those who would actually answer yes were it framed correctly!

He can’t be entirely heartless. Or this brainless..
Can’t Prof Steve Chu help him with the difficult parts where he is basically improvident and for a quiverful driven ransacking of all of the biosphere disgracefully which is forcing more people into some tacky online world full of second hand stuff..

Someone else’s music, life experiences (my contribution! Hennessy is a deliberately terrible admin. This is a lie and a disgrace), science etc.

But it is hideously ugly but also rather beautiful to see the world as it is rather than as these guys force one to see it..I.e. a collection of second rate stale archetypes that minimize surprise stalely so the eternal combatants in this dreary charade, a collection of decaying old powers outside the sciences, retain their febrile grip on power and confuse the Idiocracy wrt how that works, damn you you conspiracy or gullibility minded crazies. No…joke.

The only experts and elites I buy into are in the hard sciences and medicine because there is less give there to bullshit.

Even the training makes lying harder and normally histrionics unpopular. There is no use case. If you can’t solve whatever the hard problems in CS are - that happened in physics too..It happens.

I was trying to be in some kind of drag. But mostly I just thought this looks like an improvident species and part of that is attacks on welfare etc while leaving the roots of resource depletion untouched. But it is more improvident when it is people like Prof Hennessy.
And well..some kind of shift in perspective would be good.

I am back to my original core perspective. I just see humans as a suicidal and improvident species. I am not sure what talking about it does. But sometimes it is cathartic to just say it. But it is also a real waste of time.

You force these things. You are like that U.S.S. Callister guy from Black Mirror fgs Prof Hennessy. You do not give a person the right to consent and then mire them and..

This could have been a neat little rejection letter where I politely write “I am sorry. I did not realize that I had signed up for one of those things filled with people one instinctively avoids who would clearly take umbrage, as it were, to the characterization of ‘people one instinctively avoids’”

I want to be an administrator! Apparently you get paid a lot and like old Prof Hennessy have this swashbuckling style where you go around wrecking havoc and ..
What is funny is I can no longer feel it. But it truly was hell and Prof Hennessy’s psychiatric hospital made it worse. And I am here to log what I saw as an unscarred, but horrified person. Man these guys are dumber even than they seem. That is not very reassuring.
Dr.Fauci, Dr.Collins etc were and are real elites. As is Prof LeCun. But these Google guys had a terrible effect on my life.
I blame Google - because it was this horribly cold and callous, alienating, hostile work culture and also super liability conscious.
I survived it finally as of March 18, 2026.

But they really did a number on my brain and I usually scramble to say, because it is true, that it was and remains just this irresponsibly growthist corporate culture. It really was.
My previous school was much nicer but they would be as susceptible to greed and a lowering of quality. It is a real shame.
I am glad I came back to India.

I definitely do not want to contribute at all to that model of globalisation or local industrialisation.
I returned to my old self wrt orienting oneself in a new landscape, where earlier I had a controversy free life and now you have made that hard.
Feb 26, 2026 was significant that way.
This cousin I really like - she is cautious and doesn’t rush into things with strange people just because they are wealthy and famous. No one respectable would know you Prof Hennessy. Honestly..that place was terrible.
