This whole thing is written in ballot candy language, because if they actually WROTE DOWN WHAT IT DOES, they know every single one of them would be thrown out on their ass.
Because they've already been told by the voters here to fuck off with this nonsense; (and apparently) like abusers everywhere, they simply won't take NO for an answer.
