Yesterday

the better I like it. I've relaxed a lil bit at 67 with ehlers danlos/TNXB/CL-, hypermobility, osteo sclerosis.
Grow the food, bake the bread, collect the rainwater, buy the thrift store stuff, burn the firewood. We're offgrid.
Gotta keep moving or pain gets worse.
