1. Ukraine should surrender no land. They should throw everything at the Kremlin during the negotiations.

Hopefully reduce it to burning rubble while telling the negotiators that not only will they surrender no land, they now demand a 50 mile buffer inside of Russia maintained by Peacekeepers from NATO countries.
