9. Cabbage, Apples and Frankfurters

Made a dish my Polish grandmother made but I used sliced steamed Field Roast frankfurters instead of the meat version. I steam- fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion and garlic. When soft I added chopped cabbage and peeled sliced apples and cooked until soft. While that was cooking I steamed a couple frankfurters which I cut and added to the cabbage and apples. I seasoned with a small amount of dried sage and black pepper. Served over whole wheat pasta. Cheers!🥂
