17. Michael Connelly's latest book "The Proving Ground." Good timing for a book that is about a lawsuit involving AI.

It's a Lincoln Lawyer book, but he also brings in a character who has been the feature in other books, Jack McEvoy. It's different because Mickey is now practicing civil law rather than criminal law, although I'm wondering if it doesn't drift to the criminal side as it goes along.
