How can it be legal for national guard troops to be sent from one state to another when a governor never requested it? [View all]

Seems like a legal slam dunk, but there I go again thinking we're in normal times. Trump sending the Texas National guard to Chicago when Gov. Pritzker never asked Abbot to do is beyond outrageous.
