Every mailer, every ad on tv, they are making up bullshit figures, lying their asses off, distorting their opponents records, etc. And they won't stop, and nobody will make them stop. These local broadcasters will do what NRCC's lawyers ask, and will refuse to do it when lawyers representing Dems ask, and the GQP lies will be far more egregious.
